Scarborough Red Storm Football

Registration Information for Pee Wee (2nd-3rd grade), Youth (4nd-6th grade) and Jr RedStorm (7th & 8th grade)

The Scarborough Football Club is a non-profit organization with the sole purpose of sponsoring youth football in the town of Scarborough. There are no try-outs to make a team. Everyone who wants to learn and play football will participate. Currently, the Scarborough Football Club is sponsoring football players in 2nd through 8th grade. Football players must not reach their 15th birthday prior to November 22, 2011 in order to participate in the 2011 playing season.

 Online registration for the 2011 season is underway.

 Before you begin the registration, have the following information ready:

• Insurance Policy numbers
• Medical data: Physician name and phone number, date of last physical and date of last tetnus booster
• Emergency contact names and numbers
• Review the Player-Parent Handbook 2011 Parent-Player Handbook

Now you are ready to register:

1. Fill out the online form for each player: Registration Form
2. Pay the registration fee(s) either by using the Paypal button below or mail a check to the address below.
3. Submit the following to the address listed below
   • An updated physical examination form must be provided every two years.  If your athlete is a first time SFC player or they have not had a physical within the last two years, please print the physical form and have it completed by your physician.
     • If you are not sure if it is required this year, email Mark Levesque at register@scarboroughfootball.com. 
     • Print and complete if necessary  SFC Physical Exam Form 2011
   • National Parks & Recreation Release of Liability form must be printed and completed each season.  Release of Liability 
   • A copy of the player’s birth certificate – only required for first year SFC players

For accounting purposes, please record your  player’s names and grades with your payment.
