Pee Wee (2nd-3rd grade), Youth (4nd-6th grade) and Jr RedStorm (7th & 8th grade) Registration
Register students entering 2nd – 8th grade in Fall 2010 for Tackle Football. The Parent Information meetings have passed, but you can still register!!
The list below describes the registration process and expectations. Your player can not play in any games until all of these requirements have been met.
- Registration Form and payment. A late fee is applied for registrations after June 25th. To improve accuracy and efficiency of data collection, we have an online form for you to use (new this year!).
Please provide as much contact information as you can for your student athlete. Since email is the preferred form of communication, please be sure to list at least one email address that you check often.

If you prefer, here is a printable form : 2010 SFC Football Registration Form. This form is not required if you use the online form & we really REALLY prefer the online form!
- Print and complete the following forms. Bring the forms and payment to one of the registration meetings listed above.
- Medical Release Form. 2010 SFC Medical Release Form
- Physical Examination Form. This is required every two years and is to be filled out by your doctor. If you are not sure if this is required this year, contact your league coordinator. 2010 SFC Physical Examination Form
- Parent/Player Code of Conduct/Ethics must be signed. 2010 Parent-Player Handbook
- National Recreation and Park Release of Liability form. Release of Liability
- A copy of the player’s birth certificate – this is kept on file from year to year and is typically only required for first year players.
- Review the Parent-Player Handbook. Sign the Adult Code of Conduct. Have your player sign the Player Code of Conduct.
- Mail all completed paperwork and a check made payable to Scarborough Football Club to the address listed below.

If you have already attended registration, but need to turn in additional forms, you can either turn them in at the first practice in August, or you can mail them to the address below. If it is already approaching August, it is recommended that you turn them in to your coordinator at the first practice.
