Summer Workouts & Volunteering

**REGISTRATION IS OPEN: ARBITER REGISTRATION LINK (formerly Parent ID)**

Equipment Guidelines:

SHS provides; helmet, pads and a uniform.

Any equipment purchased for football should be one of the three school colors; Black, White or Red. Coach Malia will allow grey undershirts.

Equipment includes: cleats, socks, mouthguard and undershirts on game day.

Mouthguard must be tethered to the helmet.

Visors must be installed by the trainer. While they are allowed, many athletes find visors fog up during games and impair vision.

Eye black is only allowed in a line under the eye. Regulations are mandated by the NFHS, not our school or coaches. Multiple violations have consequences for the team.
